yup just ordered a pair of whitelines from him $199. brett seems overall wanting to help and concerned that i get the parts and i don't get paranoid waiting for them. haven't recieved them yet because i just ordered it today but i'll wait to see.

I am totally agreed with you guys. I ordered a wing from him and has no problem throughout the whole process. When my wing cracked, he helped me get a new wing from WingWest without any questions like other vendors. Brett is awesome. I would not think twice about doing business with him. We need more vendors like him.

Brett seems very nice, so far. I've just ordered a pair of strut tower bars (Whiteline front and rear) that he says will ship on Monday. So... no complaints yet. :)

Brett had excellent communication in regards to the Borla exhaust I bought from Renick. I got it put on and it fits great. Had 4 compliments on the tone already too! "You sure thats only a 4 cylinder?" another was "Sounds like a Porsche!" (that was the guy that put it on).

Brett is great. I went thru hell with MRT because something I ordered from them was faulty. I sent it to Brett, he tested it, verified it was faulty, and worked with MRT to get me a new piece.

I think Brett has got to be the fastest responding person in the vendor forum. His service and customer service are second to none. His caring and professionalism will make him go along way.

I saw the Borla deal that he had advertised for $450. I emailed him and asked if I could get this item and that if he could ship to an APO. I received a reply that day (I am 8hrs ahead of EST). He said that he could. Anyway I ordered the Borla the next day and within 7 days it arrived here in Kuwait. Perfect conditon, easy install and a perfectly happy customer.:)

I purchased the Tanabe Super Racing Medallion and Stromung catless downpipe from Brett Moncur back on 3/15/2002. I've been searching for the Tanabe SRM for a month+ as some have seen my posts over IClub and stumbled onto the Stromung catless dp idea. I contacted a few vendors concerning the Stromung catless dp and Brett from Renick Subaru was one of the few whom actually responded in a very quick manner. Brett replied in the first email stating not only did he have the Stromung catless dp in stock but also had the Tanabe SRM in stock ... humm aftermarket high performance parts from a Subaru dealer :devil:. Brett and I chatted many times by email and phone over the next few hours. I did NOT plan to buy anything that day but ended up purchasing the Tanabe SRM and Stromung dp :eek: ... all you IClub people are a bad influence. :D Brett was very quick in shipping and I received all of my products in 5 working days by UPS ground. As most of you also know I have no patience so both toys were installed over the next 24hrs. I'm very pleased to have dealt w/ Brett and definitely would buy from him again if I needed something ... I wish local dealers ( Troncalli ) would do the same. :D Thanks Brett. :)

I would like to tell others about the great service I received from ISR ( Pam ), and how they helped me out of a little jam I was in with my turbo back exhaust. I had purchased an MRT turbo back from another vendor a while ago prior to purchasing a new turbo ( Garret A32 ). Unfortunately the fitment of the exhaust housing opening and the down pipe opening was not optimal, although the flanges did match up with no problem. The Garrett turbo was purchased thru Spomotorsports who got it from AVO TurboWorld, AVO offers an exhaust ( down pipe ) that is designed to match up perfectly with the exhaust housing opening of the turbo. So I had to decide whether I would sell the turbo or modify the MRT down pipe or just sell it and buy the AVO system. I knew I would take a hit if I tried selling it on my own because people tend to expect a big discount ( understandably so ) even though it is still brand new. So I first decided to contact Pam @ ISR because I noticed on i - Club that they had a couple of the AVO T.B.'s in stock for a very good price as compared to another prominent vendor who sells them for quite a bit more. I asked Pam if she would take my MRT ( which had never been installed yet ) in exchange for their AVO, and she said "sure no problem." WOW ... I had expected her to probably say no, after all this is an unconventional request comming from a person who has never given them any business in the past. I figured she might say I'm sorry but we can't do this because first off we didn't even sell the MRT exhaust to you and who really needs the hassel anyways ?, its not their problem. What if the exhaust is damaged ?, or I lied and it was used ?, ect. ect.. Yes, she could have just sent the MRT back to me if it was not as advertised, but why should she waste her time and open herself up to a potential big hassel for no profit ?
In closing I would say that Pam was very receptive and willing to take my dilemma into consideration, and this is an example IMHO of how to earn new customers for the future and build a great reputation for service.
P.S. Afterwards I did buy a few parts from ISR that I had needed just to show my appreciation, but that was after Pam agreed to help me out.

Recieved a nice SS Borla exhaust from them at the right price. It was sent when they said, were knowlegeable and very friendly.

One question is 45$ for exhaust shipping reasonable? If it is I am extremely impressed with them!

Getting back to shipping cost. I sold the Borla catback 1 week after using it (way too loud for me), I shipped it in the exact box, weight etc. Including insurance this cost me 15$, so tell me where they get 45$ for shipping???

i havent had any problems with renick. pam is extremely knowledgeable, and always willing to answer questions fully. props to her and the rest of iSR.

Their service deparment is very good.

I don't want to be bashing yet, but I got a lil' trouble.
Just ordered nearly a $1000 in suspension parts, and didn't get my front or rear end-links. Today, they swear they were in the package. Maybe fed-ex lost them, I don't know. For some reson, I'm getting the feeling the finger's being pointed at me in this. I just hope this works out, and reasonably quickly. I'll post the out-come of this.

I'm very happy to say that Brett and Renick are taking care of me, and sending out the missing parts!!! I seem to have bad consumer luck, so I was dreading the outcome. Anyways, THANKS SO MUCH!! I appreciate it greatly, and will look to Renick again for more parts!!!

Work, work, work, schedules, schedules, schedules. With traffic, it would take me on average, an hour and a half to get down to Fullerton. Something, I'd normally do, but NO TIME!! The story of my life of late...

Also, it wasn't just that they were missing, I was getting the feeling that they were accusing me of trying to get an extra set off of them, that was my main complaint (that didn't become a complaint!) :D

Brett is the best! I go in every couple of weeks (on payday) and buy something for my wrx. Brett is always willing to take some time out and ask how your car is running and help with installation questions. I try to get all my parts from Renick because they don't rape you too bad concidering they are a dealership. HUGE BUMP for Brett and for Renick.

I ordered a V-limited front lip spoiler from Renick for my STi, shipping to Toronto Canada. Lo and behold the package came with a small hole on the box, apparently the bag with the mounting screws for the spoiler fell out on the way...

Brett was terrific in working with me on a solution, at first he tried to get extra screws from Japan, but ended up just shipping me the package from another spoiler. No fuss, no need to throw a tantrum to get his help :p

i just wanna start by saying that Renick Motorsports is just AWESOME! i ordered an STi shift knob 2 days ago and got it just today. these guys are right on top of things. i don't know what happened to anybody else when dealing with these guys, but let me just say that i'm gonna be doing business with them more often. great job guys, keep up the good work! anybody else have experiences?

These guy's have been great for me. I've ordered several parts from them over the last couple of years, and have always had good service at a good price.
I recently ordered a Whiteline FSB and accidentially got the wrong one. It didn't notice it was the wrong one until 1 month after I got it, and was affraid they would give me some slack, but Brett and the crew stepped up to plate with no questions asked. They sent a call tag to pick up the wrong one and quick shipped the new one at the same time.

that's true, but i don't think most companies would send out a call tag and have the wrong one picked up and the new one delivered at the same time. that's good business practice. i just hope that this isn't a fluke though. i wouldn't see why it would be though. :)

I think that they ROCK! I orded a JDM STi TMIC along with some other items recently. They didn't have the regular sparkplugs I ordered in stock. So instead of backordering them and making me wait, Brett discounted all of my other items and gave me platinums for the same total price! IMHO, that is exceptional customer service.

Bump for Rennick! I bought a TON of stuff for my old RS from them over the years including a killer deal on a lightflywheel that came so well protected, you could have just dropped it from the plane. Thumbs up from me!

Just to add I've always had good luck with Renick, even though we've had miscommunications with parts. Excellent service. Didn't charge my card until actually parts where avilable to ship.

I ordered the Group N tranny, motor, and pitch mounts from Renick Motorsports (Todd).

No surprises got it fast and Todd helped my confused out on the phone. Kept me very informed of shipping and etc and never had to track him down like some vendors. ;)

The pitch mount wasn't due in until Friday. The order was shipped on Thursday. I got it a day earlier and for a hell of a deal.


So Kudos to them.

I just bought a 05 STi and wanted some parts to add to the car. I called up RenickMotorSports.com and talked with Todd. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me. I was looking for the 05 JDM large fog light kit, everywhere I found them on the web. I would call them to order but be told that they would take months to get or that they could no longer get them. I talked with Todd and he said he could get them and would have them in 2 weeks. I got them in 12 days. I am so happy that I bumped into Todd. I ordered a few other things from him also and the prices were great, too. I love this Beatrush air intake box he got me. It looks sweet in the engine bay and helped the performance a little too.:banana:
