It has come to our attention as of late that a couple of our dealers have been blaming our company for some things that have occurred on their end that have caused delays in their orders being shipped.
We have received 5 calls, 2 emails, and 1 PM this week alone about things going wrong, customers complaining about dealers etc.
Some things that we feel should be cleared up:
-We expect the highest level of customer service from our dealers to customers.
-NOTHING ships out of this facility until a dealer has paid in full for the items.
This is made very clear upfront to dealers in email, phone conversations, and it is even printed clearly on our invoices.
-Although we will on occasion drop ship for our preferred dealers, we usually prefer NOT to do so.
-If your dealer has told you that we agreed to ship out and bill them they have lied.
If anyone has been mistreated by one of our dealers, please report it immediately by sending an email to deadboltenterprises@charter.net
