For the most part, these guys are good. They've recently started (actually it's almost done) renovating the building, which is a huge improvement. Roger, one of the Managers, is fairly in touch with the Scoobie aftermarket, so there's not an overwhelming sense of OEM-rules-and-that's it, in the dealership.

The service department folk are very nice, particularly Charlie. The parts guys are decent too, though nobody seems to have heard of anything STi or whatever.

Overall, a good dealer, but not as in-the-know as Exeter Subaru, about 20 minutes away.

Just a bump to see if anyone has any other opinions on this dealer. Got a test drive scheduled there next week.

Had my test drive tonight in an 05 OBS. Nice car, Mike seems like a nice guy. Did the usual "go through everything like the customer knows nothing about cars" which is a little annoying, but hey, it's thier job. Judging from what I've seen on the blessed intraw3b about invoice prices, Mike's quote suggested he was willing to make a deal. All in all, for my first experience with a new-car dealer, this place made for a pretty fun after-work jaunt. So there's my .02 if anyone's interested.
