IF anything the car will just run rich, nothing bad will happen except you may throw a fuel trim code(if the car is OBD-2) yes the subframe will fit but you'd be better served getting the WRX subframe if you are using a DOHC engine, it may not clear right and the legacy subframe requires that you space it downwards to get the right clearances. I have on in mine and it works perfectly. Your better off with the legacy beacuse you will need to space the lower control arms with the wrx unless you are using wrx control arms. I thought you had to put washers between the beam and body to use the legacy turbo cross member americanyouth 10-06-2005, 04:57 PM it takes 3 washers on each front control, arm bolt to use the WRX beam. I thought you had to put washers between the beam and body to use the legacy turbo cross member Nope, its a direct replacement as the 1st gen Legacies and Imprezas share a chassis. RFoy91TSi 10-06-2005, 05:01 PM I'm using a legacy (92) cross member with a 02 EJ205 swap what will have to do to installed. Get the WRX PS lines, but that's not related to the x-member. |
