I got the beast up and running tonight but i realized there are a few things that still need to be completed

1. A/c system needs to be connected and charged. I have the rs lines run under the pitch arm since it was interfering with the TMIC when it went over. Is re-chargeing a A/C system as easy as buying one of those kits at pepboys?

2. Oil guage wire isnt connected but not showing the light. Is the RS oil pressure warning light in the right spot and already or is there a bigger problem?

3. Temp guage doesn't work, i know the WG wire from the thermometer needs to be attached, isit better to slice in where at the ecu plug figuring that i didn't cut that wire i could just connect it up front or should i try and figure it out inside the cabin?

4. A/C fans and Radiator fans don't work. I know everybody has had problems with these so i'm wondering if anybody had a solution that doesn't involve wiring the 2 fans together?

i know thats a long list but any help would be great

just get a AC recharge thing, $18 at wal mart should get you a giant bottle and the proper hose with a guage all attached. people will bs here and there and say u need to replace the yada yada yada, BUT ive done it multiple times by just charging it up and it seems to work pretty well for me.

oil pressure thing is a little wire underneath your alternator area. should plug right in and work - if your inside wiring is kosher.

do the wiring from the inside.

Don't just get the a/c recharge thing. Buy a new dryer canister and install it, take the car to a good shop where they can do it right.

There is'nt supposed to be any air in the system. If you released the r134 or had it avacuated and then took the lines apart there is now air(and moisture) in the system. It needs to be sucked down and then refilled. If you don't do it right you will be having trouble later.

the thing about the fans...seems like ppl always have a problem with that. Just wire them onto a switch. thats what im planning on doing.

The oil and temp sensor connect directly from their sensors on the engine harness to the gauge cluster. I'd try to locate the wires in the cabin. I just wired mine near the gauge cluster.
