gpatmac 09-01-2005, 01:31 AM With regards to the separation between Mr Afshar and the TRP wagon, does .6 generally equate to 5mph or does the relationship between et/trap diverge as they increase?
I mean, I know that et is a reflection of the driver, car setup (how efficient the car launches or where it's tuner has designed it's power/tq band), and track/environmental conditions, etc (evidenced by the .03/5mph split between Halldor and Cossie) but judging by rule of thumb, what statement could be made about the distinction between the drivers in that list?
:D Ignore me. I ought to go to bed.;)
GFimpreza 09-01-2005, 01:36 AM I wouldn't mind having a Brumby (Brat) that does a 10.4...I hope it has the 2 reverse seats in the back.

We have a total of 28 cars in the 11.99 and below, the EVO's account for 124 cars on 11.99 and bellow that is not including the Eclipses running with the 4g63.
the ratio is that for every STI/WRX running in the 11.99 or faster there are more than 4 Evos running 11.99 or faster.
If we add the 12.99 or faster list the ratio could be even greater
And this is the other 4G63 engine powered cars(Evo brothers):

Why does everything gravitate toward WRX/STi vs Evo??? Can't we just make an accurate registry without getting into all this BS?

Hey man!! don't blame on me, the title says 11.99 and faster.. it does not say WRX or EVO, but yeah I agree we can make the list and forget of the manufacturers

this applies to all AWD Subarus, around the world. :)
I guess after reading that sentence that the thread starter was only interested in Subarus. I'm not trying to be an ass, just seems like this thread is headed for trouble (like countless past threads) if we start comparing. That's all.

Shawn hasn't run his car since his mid 10 pass a couple years ago. Last I heard, he was searching for a tuner for his MoTeC. Since the mid 10 pass he went from 2.2 to 2.35L, added a 200 shot of NOS, and a T-62 turbo. If/when he gets running it should be VERY scary.

1 to 2? which is less than what he's harping about?
you guys should realize, this list is very recent. i have been updating this list everyday and adding 1-4 cars a day.
there are a few more cars i know of that go faster than 11.5XX, but i could not verify the sources without a slip or witnesses and so were left out. there are also others i know of that ran faster but can't get ahold of these drivers to get accurate times. this list is only as comprehensive as people will let it be.
in any case, this list will keep growing as there are so many subaru drivers knocking down the 11.5XX barrier, and more with insane engine setups waiting to run their cars. ;)

the 8.85 is Ali's RWD tubbed out pro car.
i put down Ali's 9.44 with the old auto car they had that no longer exists.
and Julie's best time with the new auto setup, 9.565.

I found it interesting that they went back to the FMIC from the air-water intercooler setup that they had before. Do you know the reasoning behind this?

don't know. i got that time from this site...http://seventhgear.com/uk/en/news_view.asp?cid=80&nid=96107
"Ten of the Best" is one of the biggest motorsports competitions in the UK. this suby apparantly won the drag race portion.
you might wanna ask the 22b.com board members, i'm sure they know this guy and his mods and what may have happened.
bunot 09-07-2005, 02:51 PM I found it interesting that they went back to the FMIC from the air-water intercooler setup that they had before. Do you know the reasoning behind this?
no. the new setup hasn't swung by my area yet, so i haven't been able to ask them why they switched. i do prefer the FMIC tho, since it's more of a streetable setup than the old air to water IC.
my assumption would be that the air to water IC didnt really make much of a difference between the 2 setups. the rigoli and dbronx wrxs were using FMIC setups.

hotrod 09-25-2005, 01:34 AM I found it interesting that they went back to the FMIC from the air-water intercooler setup that they had before. Do you know the reasoning behind this?
It was due to a rule change this year.
SportRWD rules now limit intercoolers to air to air only unless the liquid to air intercooler is OEM, and running an OEM engine.
ProRWD still allows liquid to air intercoolers but only with water and water ice.

you can't drive slicks on the street? why not? slicks are interchangeable to street tires. tubing the chassis is permanent.
i dont wanna copy the evom guys and start putting half-tubbed or full-tubbed cars on the list. it degrades the rest of the drivers on the list.
the goal is to maintain a registry for "streeteable" cars.

Well you can drive anything on the street that you want. I didnt think slicks were DOT legal. You could drive a tubbed car on the street but not legally. Just like its illegal to drive with an exhaust, nos bottle, intake, etc. I always wondered how they put that the cars have to be street legal and everything in the NHRA rules and probably 99% of the cars arent that run in the Sport FWD/RWD classes.
I couldnt even smog my old 95 civic because it had a cone filter. They wouldnt pass the visual. On a freaking civic that gets 40 mpg.
But i guess there is a difference between streetable and street legal.
I had a 2.65L sleeved block that AEBS did. I actually thought they went out of business because i was trying to contact them to get some info and there website was down for about a month before i gave up.
Arent there a couple other cars to add too. Wasnt there a car in greece or something running 9's? There was a video in PPB of it before.

Scoobie Steve 12-10-2005, 05:19 PM You could drive a tubbed car on the street but not legally. Just like its illegal to drive with an exhaust, nos bottle, intake, etc.

well, i'm not judging "street legality," but streetability. you can easily swap out your slicks for street tires. it's an interchangeable part as i said.
with the ESX pro car, that car no longer has a subaru chassis. no longer has a subaru body. worse even that it is no longer AWD. these parts are not interchangeable. that car will probably stall at every stop light. does it even have a big enough fuel cell for a trip to the grocery? can it make a decent turning ratio? can you see visibly over it's huge hoodscoop? does it have decent brakes aside from the parachute in the rear?
I had a 2.65L sleeved block that AEBS did. I actually thought they went out of business because i was trying to contact them to get some info and there website was down for about a month before i gave up.

yes, i think there was. but i didn't see an official time on it. i just saw the vid. i'll search for it next week.
the registry is not complete. i know there are a couple of indonesian wrxs that are running in the 10s and shawn lozy's fastest time is not included. as i've said before, this list is only as accurate as people would want it to be. i need people to be proactive in posting their achievements so we can archive it.

the Kingpin RH WRX time was taken from a recent Modified magazine issue. i suggest calling Kingpin or PMing them for a timeslip. or maybe Modified and verify if they have a timeslip for this run.
the ESX-740 time was taken from here: http://www.rigoliracing.com.au/wrx_esx_740-1.html the car was shut off in 4th. the trap doesn't surprise me anymore for being so low. another car in the list, "30. looking at the engine bay, it doesn't look like it's half-tubbed. i'm sure it's stripped of interior paneling, but nowhere near the half-tubbed speedtech evo. see pic below.

bunot 12-31-2005, 01:54 AM well weight is weight so why cant it be on the list.
Doesnt this blue thing weigh less than that?
i don't know what this blue thing weighs.
but there are other things to consider aside from weight. the full-tubbed car will be more rigid than the stock chassis car. also, the full-tubbed car does not start out as a subaru, it's pieces of tubes welded together to conform to a subaru.
this TRP blue sedan is a basic GC8 coupe stripped of its interiors. this one even has a full exhaust, unlike the red TRP wagon.
i still see a big thick line drawn between this blue sedan and the ESX pro car with regards to 'streetability' and how we as regular drivers can relate to it.
silentbob343 12-31-2005, 07:40 AM the Kingpin RH WRX time was taken from a recent Modified magazine issue. i suggest calling Kingpin or PMing them for a timeslip. or maybe Modified and verify if they have a timeslip for this run.
Yeah.....I believe that time was made up by the mag as they never raced the car and Kingpin gave "Modified" an estimate and "Modified" created the hard numbers.

sabaka95 12-31-2005, 11:47 AM i think jamie posted before and said it weighed 2800 lbs.
2800? Minimum weight for Modified Class 4cyl AWD is 2000lbs.

bunot 03-06-2006, 05:38 PM if its got a subie motor in it then at it. simple as that.
it's not that simple since all it is is a suby case. it is very far removed from a subaru. you might as well consider any car with a subaru emblem on the hood of the car.
this is not what this registry is for.
again, my requirements: stock subaru chassis, AWD-capable.
Twilight Child 03-07-2006, 02:44 PM Bump for my new record, in the car I dont have, 14.3 in my 06 REX. Oh dam, i didnt make the list, bump anyway!

Ok so how is Dom's basically full tube, 9 inch rear
ended, four linked & back halfed, lexan windowed, transbraked, alcohol
subaru more subaru than the esx one?
ESX ran 7.9 on gas no methanol, and the ESX car only weighs 200 lbs less.
So ya gotta take it off since its got lexan. Your rules. Or just add the ESX car like a good little boy. ;)
bunot 03-13-2006, 12:23 PM Ok so how is Dom's basically full tube, 9 inch rear

subaru more subaru than the esx one?
full tube? where are you getting that info? the pics show stock chassis as far as anyone can tell.
what does alcohol or transbrake have to do with anything???
the only point you've made is the lexan window, which it does have on the the front doors, but not completely devoid of heavy glass. windshield, rear glass are not lexan.
and so how is this different from the ESX modified car? well, this car started out as a subaru, previously owned by Azzam (if i am correct). it was purchased by Rigoli from their customer and converted into a drag monster. the ESX modified drag car did not start out as a subaru. you think they purchased the steel tube chassis from a dealership somewhere?
ESX ran 7.9 on gas no methanol, and the ESX car only weighs 200 lbs less.
methanol or not is not an issue. your fanaticism over ESX is blinding you to the clear differences between the 2 cars.
So ya gotta take it off since its got lexan. Your rules. Or just add the ESX car like a good little boy. ;)
OR....i'll just take the lexan rule out just to piss you off. ;)

Cause i know people who know people. Have you ever met Dom? Cause I have and he has actually worked on my car. I even know his mom and I dated both his sisters. ;)
you think they purchased the steel tube chassis from a dealership somewhere?
your fanaticism over ESX is blinding you to the clear differences between the 2 cars.
I'm no fanatic. Its as much a subaru as the rigoli car. You are discounting it because it has a different chassis? You think the tubing that everything attaches to is the defining part of the car? So i could put a jet engine on my wrx and you would put it on your list since it has the glass and chassis?
Just let me get this straight. I can take my block and heads apart, take all the subaru components out, sleeve it, throw in titanium everything, take my gears out and throw in a ppg set, so now i have a subaru tranny case and the shell of a subaru block. I can take that engine and tranny and put them on a GDA chassis and we are good, by your definition its still a subaru. But if I take the glass out of that car and put in lexan, then its no longer a subaru (that makes perfect sense).
But if I builed my own chassis and put that same motor and trans on it, its no longer a subaru.
So the two most important components of the vehicle (IMO) the engine and transmission (the power maker and the power to the grounder) I can gut and completely change and you still consider it a subaru, but I change what the sit on and its not a subaru anymore
What if I put a SR20 in my WRX, is it still a subaru?
Its just hilarious to me that you refuse to put it on your list. Everyone knows what the car is. Why not just add it and let the people decide if it should be there or not? Or are you the king of your list? And what you say goes? Are you on a power trip? Do you feel special that you have the power to keep them off your special little list?

that's great. maybe the people you know actually photochopped the pics of the rigoli car so no one can see the tubes.
I'm no fanatic. Its as much a subaru as the rigoli car.
ummmm...NO. did that tube chassis come from a subaru factory? NO. does it come with a VIN number? NO. that sucker doesn't even have a hood. it hasa one piece front end. you're insane if you think the 2 cars are even remotely comparable.
any idiot can take a look at both cars and can easily tell they are not even on the same class.
You are discounting it because it has a different chassis? You think the tubing that everything attaches to is the defining part of the car? So i could put a jet engine on my wrx and you would put it on your list since it has the glass and chassis?

WOW....you wasted all that time typing your case and yet you failed to make a correct analogy. the rigoli subaur has a subaru engine, so your point is null and void. every car on the registry has a subaru engine, so it goes without saying that it needs a subaru motor to be included.
the line has been drawn and it will stay there.
Its just hilarious to me that you refuse to put it on your list. Everyone knows what the car is. Why not just add it and let the people decide if it should be there or not? yes. i am the "king of the list." the mods should put that on my title.
but fine.....i will relent to adding the esx modified car on the bottom of the list with their times....BUT.....i am leaving that chore of recording and archiving those times up to you. what does this mean? it means you have to track down Frank Aragona's fastest times as well since he runs several suby-powered Bantams. lol. if you can track their times, then i will add it to the list. good luck.

Phatron 03-13-2006, 06:08 PM Basically its the same question that comes up all the time when people start modding cars. What makes a Subaru? What makes a car a car? Engine? Transmission? Chassis? What can you change and still call it a Subaru?
To me the most important parts of the car are the motor and the transmission. I really dont consider any sleeved block with forged internals a "Subaru" motor anymore. And I wouldnt call a PPG gearset in a Subaru case a Subaru tranny. And I wouldnt call heads with a complete Cosworth workover and valvetrain "Subaru" heads.
But you allow all of these things on your list and still call them subarus.
So going with this line of thinking then why not allow a different chassis? Why not lexan?
To me any "Subaru" running under 11 seconds is already not really a Subaru anymore.
What if someone cut up a GDA beyond belief for weight reduction and got the whole car down to 2000 lbs. Would you let that car on your list? Even if it didnt in one bit look like a wrx anymore?

all valid points, and the best answer is to drawn that line at the most marked difference. for example, did that car start out as a subaru? did it come assembled from a suby factory? or did some pro shop start welding tubes together, formworking a new unibody, completely replaced the same manufacter's motor, etc.
you have to understand, if we allow a completely modified chassis, then where does it end? i could get a go-kart, strap a suby motor and run 6s and be the fastest suby on the planet. but do you think people will recognize that as the fastest suby there is?? nobody would even consider that a subaru. it has to stop somewhere, and im drawing the line on where a lot of other drag racing association draw their lines.
the key thing with this registry is a sense of streetability. because this registry reperesents something other suby owners can aspire to. but a modified chassis, completely overhauled shell and skin is not ever going to be seen being driven in the streets and not something any other suby owner can get.

Phatron 03-30-2006, 08:28 PM are all those cars street driven cars though? I think a few have been converted to rwd also.

well theres a difference between street driven and running the same time on the street as the strip and being street legal. Plus PR is only like 100 miles wide and probably no smog laws.
Any car that runs on c16 all the time isnt a street car and he runs 0.6-0.8 slower on street tires.
They also claimed in every thread that they drove to and from the track with the stereo blasting an A/C on and if you look in the pics in magazines the compressor belt isnt even on the motor.
They also didnt fess up to their tranny not being stock for a while too.
I dont really care, its a fast car. I just dont consider it a "street" car.
How about they post the mileage on the odometer, then we can see how much he really drives it. I got $5 that says its way under 10k miles and the car is three years old.
I live 3 miles from work and put about 15k miles on my car a year.
dug-e-fresh 03-30-2006, 11:34 PM well... not to take a side... but if you look at a definition of "street legal"... there are MANY interpretations out there.
From anything goes as long as its tagged and running a DOT tire... to strict conformance to SMOG laws and what have you,... and more likely than not no forced induction car is gonna truly pass ALL the SMOG tests.... AND be REAL fast.
def
STI2005PR 03-31-2006, 12:06 AM They also claimed in every thread that they drove to and from the track with the stereo blasting an A/C on and if you look in the pics in magazines the compressor belt isnt even on the motor.
Well if you were here, you would know that when they go to the track they go driving on street tires with the A/C, a pick up truck with Victor's family and the hoosiers tires.
Before they got the exhaust from Turbo Trix, the routing was to get to the track get the exhaust out, tires in, belt out, 93oct gas out, put c16 ect ect ect.
Now they have to do everything exept taking the exhaust out.
Remember that the pictures for the mag were taken at the track in NJ.
PS. We do have smog law and for your info the california law was the one use as a base when creating ours.
Phatron 03-31-2006, 04:06 AM Before they got the exhaust from Turbo Trix, the routing was to get to the track get the exhaust out, tires in, belt out, 93oct gas out, put c16 ect ect ect.
PS. We do have smog law and for your info the california law was the one use as a base when creating ours.
Well now driving to the track with the A/C on and running the car with out the belt on are 2 very different things, correct?
I mean I could drive my car to the track on 2 ounces of 91 octane, belt, street tires, 18 people in the car, jack and spare and then run c16, no jack or spare, take the belt off, and put slicks on. now thats two totally different setups.
They pretty much lied about what they were doing, but whatever its fast and thats that, but to lie or not come clean is what i hate.
And I had a 2.2L stroker with a 60-1 turbo and got sent to the california state smog referee so street legal in california is not even close to what they are. You put on an aftermarket muffler in cali and its illegal. So like DEF said there are many different classes/interpretations of street car/street legal.
If you cant pass smog and/or visual inspection in california its not legal. And any mod is illegal so basically any car thats not stock is not a "street" car in california.
bunot 03-31-2006, 04:44 AM first of all.....no one should be saying the term "street legal." majority of the cars here run without cats and that's already illegal in majority of states.
this is not about street legality, but streetability. can you drive your car in the street? or is it going to choke and die while it's idleing in stop n go traffic?
just because you're running slicks at the tracks doesn't mean your car isn't steetable. tires are an interchangeable part and you can change them back to radials in 10 mins. why should that define your car?
out of all those cars, only the ESX Sport AWD cars are remotely close to BV in terms of streetability.
STI2005PR 03-31-2006, 09:54 AM You put on an aftermarket muffler in cali and its illegal.
Same down here.
STI2005PR 03-31-2006, 11:13 AM They pretty much lied about what they were doing, but whatever its fast and thats that, but to lie or not come clean is what i hate.

Saying you drive the car to and from the track with the A/C on, but failing to mention that you take the belt off at the track. Its not exactly lying, but its only a half truth. I dont hate them at all, it just kind of rubs me the wrong way that they go to the trouble to point out in every single thread about the BV car that they drove it to and from the track with the stereo blasting and A/C on. And going to the trouble to point that out was giving the impression that they were running it that way at the track when in fact they werent.
No I dont work for ESX. I just find it amusing that people seem to put the whole Big Valley team on a pedistal for running a 9.6 when ESX has been running in the 9's for years and running consistent 9.5-9.2 for a while now.
And that no one really cares about their modified car that does 7.9@175 mph.

If you read the post that the car was driven to the track wirh a/c and all is from other persons not BV crew.
BTW I forgot to mention that they don't take the belt off anymore. They leave it in for the race. There was a time they did took it off, but not anymore.
About ESX the diference is that BV crew does not live for this. It's a hobby. Gadiel is an enginner during the day, BV has a business sells cars, Jorge (Red WRX) works in his family business and Georgie is a mecanic with a small shop. That's the reason everyone look up to this guys. They are basicaly your average Joe's.

Thats the second time someone has said that. And if your definition of average is being able to afford and maintain a 700 whp 700 ft*lb STi then I wish I was average.
Gadiel is a AEM certified tuner, not average.
BigValley posted some pics of his car in front of his mansion, not average.
No car or crew in this 11.5 or faster registry is average. And definately not a 9.6 second car/crew.
The average person doesnt have $50k to spend on parts, labor and tuning. And the average crew doesnt have an AEM certified tuner on it.

First of all the house in the pictures is not Victor's house. That's a house near were Georgie's (the mecanic) family lives.
Second is not Gadiel's fault that he has the knowledge and talent to tune. He became AEM certified after the car was already running in the 10's.
IF you think no one running 11.5 or lower is average, I have to say that you are wrong.

MARKGSTI 06-11-2006, 06:42 AM The car ran 11.2 last night.
I'll post details soon.
burnin4 06-11-2006, 09:08 AM ^ post up the details  mph, 60ft, 8th? gettin closer to 10's, congrats!
hotrod 06-13-2006, 12:17 AM We will have another low 11 second subie listed here shortly.
One of the guys here in Colorado ran an 11.2 @ about 122 this weekend and a week ago trapped the thing at 128 mph. Still sorting the car out, has no roll cage in it because they really didn't expect to be running that quick this soon.
They had to de-tune it to stay legal to run at the NHRA Mountain Madness Sport Compact Nationals this last weekend (6/11/06) at Bandimere drag strip. John Peters took home second place in the Quick 16 on a broken axle run with the car. The car was put together by the guys at a local Subaru service shop called Super Rupair and tuned by Harvey on their dyno.
I'm really impressed with the potential of their setup but they are being a bit closed mouth about the exact mods on the car.
Keeping in mind that the 11.2 ET was run at an altitude of 5800 ft, in 85 degree weather, on a new setup ---- I think this car has a high 10 in it up here and definitely could pull one off at sea level.
I'll try to get the details from them and post them up as soon as I can get a hold of them.
Larry

WRX Harvey 06-14-2006, 12:40 AM Hi guys. I just sent Larry the timeslip for our shop car. I used to be the pilot and revamped the setup with Autronic ECU, Cosworth and Crawford internals etc. I had my first child this weekend on the same day as Jon Peters ran the best ET yet. We are still using stock 2 liter heads and cams though. The car is a salvage title burn job that we rebuilt from parts. The block has been through a few hands and all the work was done in house by us at Super Rupair in Boulder Colorado. I have been the tuner here for under a year and got the job after attending the EFI101 seminar at the shop. Super is the oldest and largest independent Subaru only repair facility in the US. Our performance division is called Tarmac USA.
I don't have anywhere to host the timeslip but just sent it to Hotrod.

Car is running a 2.5L block with WRX heads
Crawford pistons and I think it has cosworth lower end.
Front mount (not sure of type)
35 shot of N2O to spool the turbo
Turbo I believe is a 55 lb Schwitzer turbo and has been dynoed on other cars with the 2.5 L subaru engine at 500+ hp.
Car is station wagon body mostly stripped interior.
Looks like I was slow posting :D

One more thing Rigoli debuts his new STI PRO-RWD DRAG CAR This Friday and Saturday. Don't know exact details, but its the same blue drag car they had previously, with a Subaru 6 Cylinder from the SVX 3.3L, Full Tubbed RWD, running a Lenco Gearbox. Will let you know how it goes. This means Rigoli will sit on his record of 8.34 in 4WD mode, so everyone has a chance to catch up to him over the next year. Go Gadiel and Big Valley. Hurry up and convert it to auto, do a lot of weight reduction, give it more boost more spray and go for the world record.
Pavlo 09-10-2006, 05:53 PM Time for a tidy up. I ran 9.63 today, which dissapointingly only pushes me up one place! Need to get well under 9.5 now....

trap speed?
Pavlo 09-11-2006, 11:48 AM No trap printed on the slip, I don't know if it was a printing problem or not. It has been reported to me that it came up as a 154mph trap on the display. I also ran a 9.76 with lower terminal (no N20) and a 9.88@150 with N20 but a poor launch.
Cosie Convert was there on the day also, ran some 9.2x runs but never hooked up a good run with the right launch at the same time, or when he did the timing was getting tripped prior to launch, we think by his side exit exhaust pointed down at the timing light.
Cosie Convert 09-11-2006, 05:24 PM Yea, I had a 12.48 @ 164 mph with a 4.70 60' time :D I suspect the timing started early !

if i could have got some traction i would of seen mid 10's no problem.

2004stiwrb 10-16-2006, 07:26 PM i've been 10's with both of my tire and wheel setups, i have 18x8 krimson k6's with 225/40/18 azenis rt 615's. and i have 17x8 rota boost's with stock potenzas witch is what this pass was on. i'm normaly in the low to mid 1.6 60' range but i just could'nt get any traction what so ever. i'm going out one more time before i put the car away for the winter and start my new setup. i will have bfg drag radials on it to see what kind of 60's and et i can clock off. i'll let you guys know how it goes.

SaabTuner 10-16-2006, 07:46 PM That must be in Cali. In every other state that isnt run by Nazi's those are all legal.
Old post, but worth mentioning ...
EVERY turbo-back exhaust is illegal in EVERY state due to the Federal Clean Air Act. Some states just don't enforce that act very well. ;)

feel free to post times i may have missed. this applies to all AWD Subarus, around the world. :)
possible to list whp next to those ETs?
2004stiwrb 10-21-2006, 06:22 PM #28 on the list, you forgot the s on the end of my last name :D its dorans.
SilverSurfer04STi 10-21-2006, 08:20 PM P&L Drag car just went 10.4...
bunot 10-21-2006, 09:52 PM possible to list whp next to those ETs?
that would be pointless, unless all these cars were using the same dyno.
SilverSurfer04STi 10-21-2006, 10:09 PM Second, and more important, why would you care about dyno #s when you have track #s. Track numbers are real world performance measurements.
Pavlo 10-21-2006, 10:48 PM someone it seems is paying very close attention to what I've been up to :)
2004stiwrb 11-04-2006, 11:34 AM hey bunot can you update mine for me, i was trying to get you a lower time but i just could'nt get any traction because of the cold temps here. i was lucky to get the 60's that i did but the car was still spinning in second gear. :furious:
60' 1.632
330' 4.561
1/8 6.959
mph 102.03  i've been 106.xx
1000' 8.996
1/4 10.730
mph 129.97  i've been 134.xx
but anyways this is gonna be the best with this setup as i am selling everything and going alot bigger next year.
thanks, andy dorans
Speed 11-04-2006, 12:08 PM Well from the numbers it doesn't look like you lost any traction otherwise your 330's would be lower.
That is a linear and a very good pass. Everything is smooth... Low 1.6 60 ft, 6.95 in 1/8, 10.7@130 in 1/4.
If you used to trap 134... then you lost power... not traction. ;)
BTW- My goal in that list is #34 (I'm # 62). That's a great pass 1.5 60ft and a trap within my reach. :D
burnin4 11-04-2006, 12:41 PM congrats andy, great driving!

when i left the car was spinning all the way through first gear so i short shifted to second the car was still spinning in second. i was back and forth across the track until i was in forth gear as was having to pedal the car to stop spinning. if the track would'nt of been so slick i could of turned the boost up to where i normally run it and i could of got my mph back. so i was losing traction with the power turned back so that was the loss of power.;)

Peeblesmx445 12-11-2006, 05:21 PM What is the fastest car on the list that is privatley owned in the U.S (as in NOT a shop car or sponsored by a shop) and who is the youngest owner/builder in the U.S?

That would either be #18 on the list "wasabi" @ 138.5mph. Or if he/they are sponsored than next would be me # 38 on the list Alex @ 138mph
