You should be ok to run without EM, however please reset ECU and take it easy for the ECU to "relearn" a new map :D

That combo will give you a nice deep rumble (subaru signature)
the catted DP and the resonator will keep the noise down; I don't have any readings/specs for that combo :(
have you heard the HKS carbon Ti? or the GReddy EVO2? I would have to rate this combo somewhere in between...
