Metric Subaru in Huntingting. I'm very pleased with them. Took care of everything I asked for, and then some. They know what they're doing and seem to respect what a nut case I am about my WRX.

Just picked up my WRX on Friday from them. A pleasure to deal with. They seemed to understand how car crazed I am.

Metric subaru and I have some misunderstandings. We are working to remedy the situation. The finale has yet to play out, but I expect positive results.

I think I'll post with every good service. I just had another oil change from Metric. I'm very happy with them, plus, there's a good diner across the street.

Excellent to hear! I've had many problems with various dealers in the past, especially here on the Island (though I got my Outback at Goldstein Subaru in Albany, NY where the younger salespeople rock), and Brown's is kinda sucky since they are more of a Jeep dealer than a Subaru Dealer. I'll definitely check them out next time I need service done.

Had a small problem with a curb that wouldn't get out of my way. Metric checked it out for me, quickly, no charge. No damage, by the way.

Thanks Metric.

Went to Metric again this morning for a regular service. As always no problems and fast service. They even gave me credit for some coupons the have out.

I wish my experiences had been as good. I've purchased two cars from them, most recently a WRX. In both instances, I felt that as soon as they had my money in their hands, they didn't want to deal with me anymore. They were uncooperative about getting me the options I wanted. They were unhelpful about getting me the SCCA membership (I finally had to get it from SOA because Metric was so disinterested).

As far as service goes, I feel their hours are inconvenient and they don't live up to their own promises. For example, their web site promises a loaner car if you need it, but you better be prepared to argue for it. And when I brought it in under warranty for engine hesitation, they were unable to diagnose and fix the problem. Following instructions I found here, I fixed it myself by improving some of the grounding points. Pretty pathetic the dealer couldn't do that -- even after I suggested it as a possibility.

So, I'm pretty unimressed with Metric.
