Great product, not so great service. I held a group buy with them. Heped them move @ $2000 of merchandice. 4 dual SS's, 3 mild pipes, 1 race pipe.
Later in the year I ordered another mid pipe. They cashed my check... never sent the pipe. I called them several times a week, never an answer. Do they have me blocked on caller id? I hate to speculate that but what else am i to think?! I emailed them, no reply. I had a copy of the cleared check and everything!
So I'm pissed not just cuz i'm screwed over $100, but also cuz they are now avoiding me. it's like an insult. I helped them when they were new on the 'subaru block' and this is what i get in return?
Also my bro's mad cuz it was a check written from his business, and it was supposed to be a birthday gift for me.
And I feel kinda stupid drivin around with a nice canister and a stock mid pipe.

But, their product is awesome. I love the exhaust. Just dont deal directly through them.

Yes, Scott does take his sweet ol time with business matters. It took me two months of constant everyday phone calls to get a replacement exhaust from him. But, now I have the old one he forgot about. Someone want to buy a used SS single tip from me? gimme an e-mail and make an offer!:lol:

link, or number please? I'd like a 2 1/2 inch dual tip exhaust to replace my 2 1/4 dual tip....

I too received some unprofessional service from them. It took them three weeks to send me the exuast after they had cashed the check. Then when I got what I thought was gonna be my dual tip muffler and intermediate pipe I opened the box and found only the muffler. When I called about the pipe they told me that they "didn't have any" and had "just gotten them in" and that he would send me one. I'm not so sure that they were out of them but rather that he forgot about my pipe and was hoping that I would do the same. Also when I asked him for the tracking # for UPS he gave me a phoney tracking #. Very pleased with the muffler, very upset with the service.

Still have no midpipe from stromung. Was told several times that it was shipped and every time I call they tell me that the parts weren't available and they got them in that day and that it would be shipped next day air. The first call was a month ago. Still no mid pipe.

Someone should get Scott to make limited edition 3" cat-back SS exhausts for the RS to compete with Brullen. Anyone wanna call?

Hey Stephen I have spoken to him about the three Inch and he said that it would no work well with a stock engine.
I just ordered a mid pipe friday I can let you know how long it took to get.
He does like to deal with dealers alittle more than retail side I think because less hassle.

Oh, that's great for all the others out there looking for a 3" system for their turbo'd RS'. Please post what you find out, cuz I won't ever speak to him again. I'll tell you later. Maybe after you find out, you should get a GB together for these.

Boy I was really deciding to get a cat back for my wrx as I have heard they work with the diffy plate and that 2.5in piping is better that the 3in most people offer because it flows better than 3 with stock turbo and set up. Even with a chip or MBC its better, right? Anyone have any info on this or if it clears the diffy plate. I want a nice sound with some performance. I would rather have a nice stromung dual tip but that 5Zigen is pretty nice. The scoobysport I have heard is too loud. Any help would be appreciated. PM me and let me know.

If you want a 2.5 or 3 inch, get the Brullen, it should be just as good, and the service will be better too.:lol:

I also ordered myu axleback on the 12th. He said he would ship it monday and it would take 5 days (ups ground). Its now the 24th and still no ****ing axleback. What is his problem? He also ignores my calls, and doesnt return them. Im about to cancel payment on my card and order from boxer4. Can anyone estimate when the exhaust will arrive? Or better yet .. go and kick the guy in the face and get it shipped?

You really have to stay on him, but he is a great guy. Always willing to talk and give info. We order probably a Dp a week from him and he is starting to get better on getting them out to our customers quickly. The only time it takes a while is when he doesn't have the parts in stock. I don't think he bends the pipe at all which can cause back ups at time when he is waiting for it.

I just got in touch with him today, and he seems like a cool guy. He said he was out of town for a few days. I got a tracking number and everything is going smooth .. should get the can tomorrow. Only problem i have now is he said he would ship it the 15th but it was shipped the 18th.
