I have received the most horrid service from any buisness at Bishop Motors. I was on vacation, (I live in N. Texas and was in Akron, OH) less than one week after I had a new shortblock put in (UNDER WARANTEE!!!), the engine was making noise and I wanted the problem solved. After keeping me for over 5-hours (telling me they were figuring out who to bill for the warantee work) the D.M stopped by and said (with only a look at the car) "This car's been raced... we won't rouch it!!" Now don't get me wrong, I offered to pay the dealer if they could get me taken care of but the DM, "won't touch it". They sent me on my way with a messed up car, and 5 hrs behind for the day. Never, what ever you do, take your car to Bishop for service. :mad:

They gave me a good price on a tradein but didnt ever test drive it. Well I guess they didnt find out about the blown transmition, screwed drivetrain, leaking door, the 9mpg average on the digital display, or anything else until later...:lol: Also gave me a good price on a new wrx.

I guess they found out about the cars problems and im guessing it was stolen by a employee to get the parts fixed under insurance because three days after I turned it in I got a call from the cops in columbus saying "We have recovered your stolen jeep cherokee!".... Hard to belive all the cars there and they steal the Jeep with the alarm:)

hey guys i live in bedford 15 minutes from c-town...i know theres a dealer in warrensville hts but i cant recall or find any others...lookin to buy in the spring...any other you can think of??

I bought my WRX there in July. Dealership has been good to me so far. The only problem that I have with them is the fact that they don't have an alignment machine. They told me to take it to an alighment shop. There is a dealership on Lincoln Way/Tusc. in Canton(Perry). Not sure if they are a good dealer or not. Seriously though, is there a good dealership anywhere? They are all out to rip us off.

I take my car to Ganley in the west side, North Olmstead to be specific. I dont like their salesmen but their service department isnt bad.

Their not perfect but its close to me and the people in the service dept seem to be cool.

If anyone wants to try it out its by great northern mall. Either get off 90 in westlake at Columbia and head south for a couple miles to lorain, take a right(west) and its about a mile down on the right side(north) with a big VW sign out front.
Or you can take 480 and get off at great northern blvd and head north to lorain(.5mi) and take a left(west) and its on the right.

What type of services have you gotten done at Ganley? I just purchased a 2002 WRX and they are really close by to me. Did you buy your car from them? Do they offer loaners?
