Here's the description:
Sparco harness bars are manufactured with the highest quality .120-wall steel and designed specifically for our competition 3” harnesses.

Included in most kits are driver’s side and passenger side vertical reinforcement tubes. These tubes mount to the base of the B-pillar and connect to your harness bar. This helps to anchor the harness bar and creates a triangular reinforcement structure. Triangulation prevents the bar from any vertical movement and keeps the harness bar in place and level at all times. These pieces combine to help stiffen your chassis and improve the overall handling characteristics of your vehicle. The unique design also allows you to retain most of the space in the back seat area of your vehicle.
