The box was pingable. but the board wasn't responding.

I'd classify it as a full out belch. I actually woke up this morning, and first thing I thought of was: "Is I-club back up yet?"

My roommate thinks I should join a support group. I told him this was my support group:p

Sorry about that guys... I'm usually much better about keeping an eye on the server... I was busy with girlfriend issues last night...

Anyway, the server was locked up... not sure how or why... restarted the box this morning, but I will be investigating deeper this weekend to minimize any more downtime.

The problem of the server could be... the imperial molecular structure that unbalances the bandwidth to each protocol. Now having said that, that can only determine the fiber optic potential to the nervous system which causes buldging to the central processing system, this may also contribute to irregularity to the monitoring of memory, which in turn can reflect power shortages to each capacited board.

I personally think, it's just a glitch...

It's not the BB software.

I was able to telnet to www.i-club.com port 80, but then it didn't respond. It means the port was open, but the program that handles port connection wasn't responding.
What would be the cause? Most likely your OS. Maybe it was maxed out or kernel went crazy due to heavy requests.

If you are using Linux, dump it and use FreeBSD or Solaris x86.
I've seen that kind of problems a lot with Linux kernels.
