Guys,

Why can't TXS set up a straight forward PSI type boost map? I don't have any idea how to program a computer, but still think that they should be able to pulse the EBCS to a set MAP setting. Am I being dumb or is it possible? I thought that maybe the v5.0 would be able to do this, but from what I have read, it still doesn't work this way.

Let me know what you guys think or tell me why it cannot be done this way.

good feedback based electronic boost control is harder than you think.

the only two that i consistently hear excellent reviews on or have direct experience with are the apexi avcr (kind of a bitch to tune, ime), and the oem ecu.

i have heard some good stuff about txs's standalone EBCS though.

I didn't know TXS had a stand alone EBCS system. Will have to look into that!

Ahhhh! If they can make a stupid GBA do this then why can't TXS make the UTEC pull this off? This stinks! I don't want a dumb a$$ GBA in my car! :(
