I ordered a TurboXS BOV and HKS turbo timer harness for my WRX on August 10th. I received the usual confirmation notice and that was the last I've heard. Now I'm an understanding guy, and if an item is backordered then I can deal with that, just as long as they let me know...

I sent them an email on August 21 asking for some kind of status, and I didn't hear anything. I called this afternoon and the guy who answered was totally clueless. He could not update the status of my order, he could not tell me if my items were in stock and he could not transfer me to someone who could! About the only useful piece of information I could get from him is that I would need to speak with a guy name Graham in accounting if I wanted to cancel my order.

I cannot possibly imagine ordering from them ever again. I would definitely recommend that other i-clubbers take their business elsewhere.

Agreed - I got my TT from them as well.....took forever to get here...and you can't just get an update...

There internet dept. is seperate from their store...You have to email them...and they get back to you in like 2 days...maybe...

I called up their store with my order # ... and they couldn't look it up ... *** is that about? He said he had to give it to the internet guys to look up...

There all messed up...

I should have checked out i-club before ordering my TT with this vender... I have e-mailed them 2 times already and no reply... It seems like it was all going well in the beginning. I placed an order, automated reply came back, next day i got order confirmation number. so i was expecting a tracking number, but no words... so i e-mailed them 2 times and no reply for 2 weeks now... if they would at least get back to me and tell me what is going on, that will be nice. I have paid for the product and I don't even know if I will get it... if any of the alamo motorsports people are reading this please e-mail me back or something... tell me something... i would rather hear a vendor say "sorry, that product is in major back order" or something explaining the delay of delivery than a silence...

I ordered a one off uppipe from them. The first and only jet hot coated one I know off. Great piece BTW. After talking to the owner or maker of the piece and all of his great ideas on making more parts for the WRX and cheaper, I was estatic. But alas, they never answer phone calls or reply to emails about their future products. I ended up spending my money elsewhere.

Too bad guys, you lost out on a few thousand dollars in sales, and all you had to do was keep your word. :monkey:
