Didn't buy the car there, but had recent warranty service done for a waterpump replacement.

Dealt with Service Manager John Rowe, late on a Friday afternoon when I came limping in without coolant. Even though it was after 5pm, and all the guys were ready to go home, he pressurized the system and checked. Quickly saw that it was indeed leaking coolant, so approved warranty service immediately. I had a trip planned the next day, and told him that I'd been looking forward to driving there in my own car, because it is all set up suspension-wise. Instead of giving me a regular loaner, he writes me a PO for a rental at Enterprise, where I got an Audi A4 1.8T Quattro for the weekend. Got a call from John once the car was fixed, brought the Audi back, and picked up my car. All very quick and painless.

All in all it's been a pleasure dealing with John... Not a single problem with the whole experience. I'll probably go back there for service, since it's around the corner from my house :)
