i went to change my bulbs again.......but i didnt like em so i decided to change em back, but the thing was, now the bulbs dont work so i tried to use the new ones i bought and they didnt work either, the stock ones didnt work either, could i have messed up the wiring for the low beams? how do i check....the high beams and fogs still work fine, could it be the bulbs could only be used once? i just dont understand how it works one second and not the next, and now i dont have low beams =/.

Got a multi-meter? If not, get one; try Sears for a variety of types and prices...

1 - Check the bulbs for continuity.
2 - Unplug the low beam sockets. Turn on the headlights: check across the terminals in each socket for 12V.

If #2 shows no voltage, then how did you check the fuses? Sometimes they fail but it can't be detected visually. Use the meter to check for continuity across the fuse, just like the bulbs.
