Okay, I've got the control arms but the ball joint doesn't fit. What gives? Are they different because of the aluminum or just because they are bigger?

Please help.

They should be the same, if not, you can always buy new ones(your model) and they should slide right in.

I saw V7 and WRX's side by side and the balljoint is the same.

I have something different then. The lower ball joint hole is about twice the size of the one that came off(steel lower arm).
