I've seen this installed in many subies and other cars, but there is no concrete write up on how to do it. I need basic questions like where to plug the PC power cable and and how to connect the PC to the touch screen monitor for video. Thanks

You will find everything you ever wanted to know about these on that forum. Do your research. It's not like going to best buy, buying a head unit, and plugging it in. But it's not terribly hard either.

But to answer those two questions, power comes from you battery. You use either a power inverter, and the PC's standard power supply, or a DC-DC converter.

To hook the pc to the TS, you need to have a screen thats made to be hooked to a pc. It'll have VGA and USB ports. VGA is for the video signal, it's the same cord/connector that hooks you monitor to your PC at home. And the USB port is for the TS.

That section is probably where you should start out.
