Ebay has them a lot listed. ProCarparts.com has them for the version 1-4 front bumper,but they are the clear ones. JDMImporters will also have them for I think $75 for the real orange JDM ones. Thats where I got my front bumper with fogs and turn signals.

i got mine for a 94 bumper off of ebay UK, ended up costing about 80 bucks for clear ones

IIRC dealing with them was a PAAAAIN in the ass
