I am having trouble getting my computer to recognize my accessport - when I push sync w/pc, it just keeps trying to connect with no success. I had no problem installing the software into the computer, and I am using the cord that came with the accessport. Thanks guys for any suggestions

make sure you have the right com port selected

How do I select the com port (i know this is a dumb question, but then again I am not the brightest crayon in the box when it comes to computers)

do you have a users guide?? Go to accessport menu option at the top of the manager, then select configure options.
