I'm kinda happy but surprised to say this....I had a GOOD experience at the dealership! Never had that happen before.
I took my car in to have the right front tophat replaced after one of the bolts broke. It took them about 30 mins to knock that out while letting me watch them do it =o) Also they didnt try to give me **** about my camber settings and set it back to what I had. The kicker was that the guy tightened my lug nuts with a torque wrench by hand! Wow everything was done as it was supposed to be...weird....
He also isolated my rattle to the main heat shield over the stock cat. We were hitting the exhaust with a rubber mallet and that thing would rattle like crazy. Ended up ordering a whole new cat because the heat shield doesnt come as a seperate part num. Why? I dunno they could just have thrown a bead of weld on the heat shield and it would have stopped rattling, but you don't see me complaining.
BTW, the dealer was Southern States Imports on Wake Forest Rd. here in Raleigh, NC. If there are any WRXers from here when you go to the dealer make sure you specify that you want Quincy to work on your car!
