Christian has informed me that Trey Cobb from Cobb Tuning will be visiting Modern Garage late in that week next month, September.

This is actually terrible timing, as Octoberfast in Pocatello is going on that same weekend. It was my first ever event, and i've been looking forward to Pokie all year, missing out on two previous events there.

So, i was wondering if we should petition them to perhaps have a meet or gathering on Friday, for those who want to go up and compete the next morning.

I don't know who's going to Pokie, or what kind of representation Team ARG! is going to have up there, but i'd really like to talk to Trey and see what's going on.

Someone let the cat out of the bag......:D

I was told he would be here on the 26th which is not on the weekend. I will be in Hawaii that whole week, so Christian wanted me to leave my car there at his shop during my trip so he could show off some stuff on it I guess. I would like to talk to Cobb, but I would MUCH rather be in Hawaii. I should be back in time for any races. I am leaving Sunday night and coming back Friday night since Wendi has to work Saturday :mad:

I have to make all theraces, I can't let anyone beat me for that driver of the year trophy. I am so close to having it, I can taste it, I must do well the rest of the year.

After looking a little closer at the schedule, it is going to be tough to make the race the day I leave for Hawaii and the one the day or day after I get back. I will try to make both though. I just may have to use that good 'ol boy network and leave early from the E-Center.

Tell Christian that you expect some nice Cobb parts on your car when you come back. It's only fair :rolleyes:

Actually, I had to reschedule with Christian and Modern Garage for the following week. I completely overlooked that the Formula One US Grand Prix was that weekend, and I already had those plans made. So, if you're going to the F1 race, I'll see you there! ;)

So the revised plans mean I'll be there in Utah the first week of October. Christian mentioned something about having a little Subaru meet that Saturday (Oct. 6th), which would be great. Look forward to meeting all of you.

Jared (jaxx) Get the group and get down here for this. Modern Garage will be the closest tuning shop that will be an authorized APS dealer. It should be a great day, lots of cars, demos, and its cheap entertainment. Christian is setting up a deal with a local hotel to get discounted rates for you guys.

Did I mention that both Modern and Cobb will be offering deals on their products for this event only as well?? SO, c'mon Idaho and colarado and everyone else, get you butts here for this.

Hey someone get me some engine/tranny mounts from Cobb if they are discounted? I really need some.

What kind of deals are we talking about? I am interested in alot of stuff from COBB, like the camshaft and piston heads. Well pretty much everything they sell.

I'm stopping by Modern today. I'll try to see what specials there will be. The plans are still being worked out on the smaller things, but there is a plane ticket with Trey's name on it already as well as Cobb/APS product on its way.
