Instead of getting bored in the bumper-to-bumper traffic on the way to my office this morning, I noticed the odometer was approaching from 29992, so I took my cell phone and made a shot...

Got my car for... 14 months since Aug 2004, just hit the 30000 mark today... That's equivalent to 2142.86 miles made in each month, or about 25714 miles each year... I think it is quite a lot, hehe.

congrats...I hit 30k miles in around the same amount of time as you did. :)

thats quite impressive.... i think im on track to do that.... had my car for like 3 months and already at 6100+... ill join ya soon enough! It's all because Subarus are just that fun to drive!!

Apart from fun, I have a necessity to drive that far. For example, I have to drive 33 miles each way to work, and my previous job was even worse...have to drive 52 miles each way. During weekends, I add another 100-150 miles to it too...
Good thing is, I have reputatable local tuner/mechanics taking care of my car, therefore so far my car is running as great as usual. Keep my fingers crossed that no major problem happening to my car, hehe.

i bought my car with about 20k on it. it was originally purchased sometime in 2003 (i think it was maybe aug. or sept.), and i bought it in march 2004. i'm now at about 39k...i think maybe too much driving this past year. i went on a couple road trips...heheh...

and even if all the trips don't involve driving, i can't get enough of them...

Planned trips over the next year and more:

1)Backpacking in Georgia next week for 4 days.
2)Was gonna go to Russia after Christmas for 2 weeks, but i've postponed that one till next december.
3)Snowboarding on Colorado again for spring break.
4)Trip to the Philippines to visit family next summer for a month.
5)Possible trip to Croatia for 2-3 weeks after I get back from the Philippines.


i'm know i'll add to that list...i'm always tryin to go on some kind of adventure.

MBC is as good as professional tuning an aftermarket EM as long as you know how you adjust your MBC ^_^.

I baught a slighty used 04 WRX at 20,050 Miles on Sept 17th. Its October 28th today and im at 22,650. This car is just too DAMN fun to drive!

I'm at 70k on my 2002 RS, i hope i dont have too hard of a time selling it, cause i have yet to see a 2002 with more miles except in people who drive their cars for some part of their job.

I was on my way to getting to 30,000 miles but stopped at 14,000 and got an STi, so im starting again. currently at 500miles, still on my 2nd tank of gas.

Nice! the millage doesnt matter as long as your having fun with it, when it comes to selling the car thats another matter! mines at 70,000 and heck I dont care! lol

The 1st post I made is on 10/21/2005... and today is 12/2/05.... guess what, I made another 2400 miles on my car ;)

Holy crap! I got my wrx in Aug 04' too, but I only have 14.5K on the odo.
