dude, i heard earlier from the kid with the silver 05 WRX (darn, i forgot his name). sorry man :( what are you gunna do with all the parts?

if i get another wrx then i will put the parts onto it but i dont know what i am going to do. my legs are pretty messed up so i have to go to the doctors for that. it hasnt really sunk it yet, that i totaled my car and put a woman in the hospital. depending on all the insurance crap if i can i will most likely go with the STI. other options include going back to my drifting days; 240sx "S14 Silvia" w/SR20DET motor swap.

oh man, that sucks, I have nightmares about that happening. Hope your knee is better soon and you can get a sweet new car. So did they say she was at fault? I can't remember the name of the rule, but there is something about pulling into the stream of traffic and so it should be on her.

the cop that was doing the investigation said that she was at fault and that it was illegal to make a u-turn from the curb. i go to the insurance place today. wish me luck.

In defence of Ivan.. I belive it's not what you hit but the rate of speed of the impact... as in the sensors need time to realize that there has been an impact and then have time to deploy the air bag.. Unlike Ivan who with his rate of speed DESTROYED his sensors and they never had a chance to realize that had an accident..
