NRTmotorsports 11-04-2005, 07:12 PM Could be a dirty Idle Air Control Valve, is you car running ok? Any surging at idle? I had this problem om my WRX and it turned out their was a piece of carbon stuck inside. I cleaned it out and it idled much smother. Read the write at the top of the page on how to remove and clean your idle air control valve. I'm pretty sure an RS and WRX have the same type?, but I could be wrong.
