That didn't make a whole lot of sense. I think what you were getting at is that the bulbs didn't plug into your RSs housing, most likely because they are not H4 style. You would need new bulbs. And to avoid answering that run on sentence, I'll tell you this, just buy a new kit.

you'll need h4 bulbs if ure using stock impreza headlamps, you'll some how need to connect them to the ballasts (pos and neg connections) and then you need to connect the ballasts to your stock wiring (pos and neg low beam connection) and your done.

If you fish around with the wiring a little bit, it'll be relativly simple but if your not confident it might be a pain in the a$$

well its PnP for the maximas headlights and connections if they're H4 then they'll work on your car, if not you'll have to do some splicing

so i have too buy h4 bulbs for the hid kit right.... or i can use the stock bulds in the headlight housing already?

well your stock bulbs are not xenon they're halogen, so obv you cant use them.

and if the old xenon bulbs are not H4 sized then you either need to buy H4 bulbs or some how get those other ones in there

try ebay. Or try some of the HID sites, they usually have forums for questions like these. i would sell the kit off of the maxima and just buy a new one. and yeah, try using periods sometimes, it makes it easier for us to understand you and therefore answer your questions.

Just don't put XENON bulbs in HALOGEN light housings, unless your putting an entire XENON projector into the HALOGEN housing.

halogen bulbs and hid bulbs are different. the link that you provided was for a set of "hid looking" bulbs, and was for fog lights, not headlights. are you sure you had hids in your maxima?

What brand and how much did you pay for them?

this is stupid.

are you asking if you can reuse HID ballasts? yes, but you'll have to do some splicing.

are you asking if your maxima bulbs will fit in your H4 impreza headlights? we dunno, maxima's use a lot of different bulbs and the likelyhood is no, they won't.

are you talking about an HID kit made to fit with your maxima? it depends, is it an H4 kit?

regardless, you SHOULD NOT put hid bulbs into a HALOGEN HOUSING as it will create glare, hotspots and a really crappy beam pattern.
