i was wondering if you guys could offer your opinion on what the best yellow bulbs are for an 02 wrx (for the headlights and the foglights)?

Yeah, this has been discussed quite extensively in recent past. Just do a search for "yellow fog bulbs" and that should yield some great info ;)

i have some "show bulbs" by matrix in 9007 that are yellow and i LOVE them but i'm waay too afraid of blinding someone or getting a ticket for them. they say they are 80/100w but they're no where near bright enough, i think they're 55w. they are MUCH bigger than the stock 55w or silverstar 55w bulbs though(the bulb itself) but not any brighter. i don't use them, just put them in for kicks sometimes.(i did use them once when i had to drive a long way in the rain)

if i were you i'd get Lumanics yellow 9007 if you aren't afraid of tickets and you're sure people won't be too offended by them in your area.

i have been driving with hella yellowstars in my heads and fogs for months now with no problems. they arent available in 9007 though....most of the ones available are showoffs or eurodesigns.....standard ebay brands.....try their though, lumanics is a decent brand though.

Some of the guys here use the Yellowstars with good results.

+1 for hot subaru covers. have the yellows on my foglights and love them. Also, have their light smoke film on ym tails. also works great.
