I have a 02 WRX with HIDS on my EDM Low Beam and HID on my FOG lights. Just recently they both stop working, i check all the blubs and the iginiters and they all work its seems the car is not generating 12 Volts to the igniters. Does anyone know what part is screwed up in the car. ALso my high beams dont work as well.

We need more information on how your car is wired to give any meaningful answers. Otherwise it's all speculation.

Checked the fuse and and swap the replays around and they all seem to be ok. What I want to know if there is a circuit that controls the how much voltage the low and high beams should get. Cuz it seems I'm not getting enough voltage to the ballbasts.
