Why does helix list spring rates at 7/5, so do you guys, yet gruppe-s there distributor swears they are 8/6 along with a few others ive seen ?

To be honest, they are pretty similiar quality and ride quality-wise that you won't be able to tell the difference really. They are great for a street car since they aren't too overly stiff, IMO, but have good damping. I will double check spring rates, but pretty sure they are 8/6. in my honest opinion, it is a toss up as both perform very well for their prices. They are perfectly fine for the street and have the height adjustability that you would be looking for in case you wanted to lower the car a little more for shows. They aren't too harsh at all as both of them can be adjusted, damping wise, to dial out unneccessary bouncing. Thanks
