What is the max boost people have with the vf39 turbo charger. Is it possible to get the car tuned at 20psi on 93 oct? If so what kind of power am i looking at. I want to be able to use accessport and make the best power i can with the stocker to see if i'm happy with it. I was reading on cobb accessport's main website and stage 2 is tbe at 18psi -/+ .5 psi. Is it possible to tune it so it's higher and what kind of numbers will i be seeing . Please give as much info as you can.

20psi *is* possible for a peak value, but is really pushing it. The 18psi that most people use for peak boost is more sane and what I recomend as a maximum.

I wouldnt go more than 19 psi on pump and 22 psi on race...thats what I run...but mines a Deadbolt vf39..so it flows a bit better. Be safe ...not sorry.

on those colder days on a fith gear pull my Boost gauge has read about 24.5 Psi on 94 ethenol blended gas with no knocks, but im more than sure even with out the knock a rod out the side is prolly imament(sp). but really i think after 20 psi the car doesnt seem to make any more power on the Vf39
