Every time I think I have everything set, it starts whistling somewhere else. this has been going on for months. The car sounds like a herd of angry pipe organs :( .
is anyone else having trouble with this?

Well...where is it leaking from everytime you catch a leak?

Remove all the pipe fittings one by one. Then, spray either the inside of the silicon connector tubes or the outside of the pipes themselves with hairspray where the two surfaces mate. Brand is unimportant, but Aqua Net smells the best. Then reattach. After an hour or three the hairspray will "glue" the silicon tubes to the pipes and you should be leak free. This "gluing" process isn't enough to be permanent, but permanent enough to fix most leaks.

hose. the hose clapms are real finicky, in my opinion. not sure if it has anything to do with the radius of the rigid portion of the t-bolt clamp, but if I move the pipes a little air squeaks past. maybe i need to find a different clamp than came with the kit.
I am getting really tired of taking the bumper skin off all the time...
I am mostly just frustrated. I actually had them all holding air for a little while, but now that I had it apart it's a real PITA to get everything sealed up again.
I need to borrow my friends compressor again sometime. I have a little jig I put where the turbo compresor outlet is to pressurize the system to fix leaks. wish I had my own compressor...
