it has the thermostat pointing out not down

and has the outlets to the oil cooler

The WRX pump will work.

Only the 91 legacy SS had the oil cooler. The 92-94's did not.

Either way, the 91 SS water pump part # has superceeded to the WRX water pump part #.....and now that I'm home, I can get that for you.
