Does anyone know of a company that sells the Tumbler Valve survo/sensor block coupelings seperate from the whole TBV delete kit.....ie the ones from APS or the like are what I am looking for. Or does anyone know of a way to link them togather as to not cause a CELL ......or having to go to a Utech

APS sells them
http://www.airpowersystems.com.au/wrx/my01/fuel_systems/tdi_01.htm

you can just remove the blade and port and polish them just leaving the shaft and they'll work fine...
but if the shaft is going to kill you then go all out and buy stuff...
I plan on filing the shaft into a somewhat airfoil shape...I know how bad a round shaft is on airflow
