It does work. I've witnessed it firsthand. There are quite a few write ups on it supporting it. I was trying to meet up with Fuzz451 to do our own tests but could never meet up with him.

They used to list out which states it was illegal in on their website. There are a few states, it's not legal in. Pretty much the same ones that don't allow radars detectors (ie. VA). It's competely legal in NE.
