I'm looking at buying a 99 Outback sport used, 79k miles.

5851 after trade in, tag, title, all that stuff, 30 day limited warrenty(which sucks, but oh well).

What major problems have you all run into on them or heard about, as well as what should I watch out for on them.

the rear wheel bearings are a common issue

i haven't had any unusual issues with my 97 OBS, the struts and clutch had to be replaced shortly after purchase, but that's normal maintenance stuff.
