What is the top speed someone has gotten a Stock 2004 RS too? Is there a govenor on this car? I am sorry but these are probably stupid questions.....


FYI: I am not planning on street racing a RS if and when I get one. I am just wondering. Personally my neighbor, everyone on this forum and myself would all get a turn slapping me in the face if I decided to illegally drag race the car.
