so anyone have suggestions other than sears parking lot and food afterwards? we're open for the next 2 weekends but gone over Christmas. Would be nice to have a Christmas party or some sorts somewhere. but that would take some organization and a prior head count. i'm sure most of the usual restaurants are probably reserved (for groups 20+). how many folks ended up at red robin?

that and with 20 + people we gunna have to tip them big :lol: but im down for anything..red robins sounds cool..unless mooses tooth is an option..usually they can hold alot of people (good in price personally) ... up to everyone though :disco:

Here's a little hint. If you go to Mooses's Tooth, you may want to give them heads up on the size of the party. I've been a part of other parties and have showed up early and waited for over an hour (as the group assembles) for them to set up tables to accomodate us. Seems that although we seemed to be the next group, they like to keep those tables full and rotating and apprehensive about cordoning off an area for a big group. The other scenerio would be to go as several sets of smaller groups. Everyone may not get to be near each other but would speed up the waiting time.

if we can get a rough estimate count ill call mooses tooth up see how they can have things organized for us..cause ya for big parties i know as well they like advance advance notice...so we need a rough head count and somesort of rough date/time...

Sit in the tent. They have heaters in there and everything, wonder how warm it actually is though. It being...close to 0 and all.

it gets quite toasty in there. At the Euro meet we had there, you could cook the pizza on the table it was so hot.

No big deal about Saturday or Sunday for me. Just figured earlier (closer to opening) so we didn't have to fight for tables. Just trying to get the converstaion started and will defer to someone else to set the date and time.

I will be there...I always want to go, but never have the time. Hopefully not this Sunday though, but the weekend after. If it is this Sunday it will be a wreck - Meet + Wife's Christmas party = Debauchery.

I'll be in town the night of the 17th, but have a Christmas party to go to that night. The 18th is free for me any time so the meet sounds good. Moose's Tooth sounds great, best pizza and beer I've had anywhere.

If anyone wants to hit up Alyeska some time after that weekend I'll be heading down there a couple times while I'm in town.
