hell no. that car is priced, what, 8 grand over what it would be worth stock? lord only knows what kind of reliability you would end up with. compare the price of that to the price of a stock 00 RS w/ 80,000mi. + cost of modding, and I would say get a reliable car, and mess w/ the reliability yourself.

Bad idea, it has almost the exact same set-up as mine. Be ready to tear apart your electronics in frustration at not knowing what's going wrong. The ECU really hates that AFC... If you've got another $2k for engine management then have at it!
