I'm trouble shooting a 1993 Impreza blower that won't blow. The motor works when hot wired, all fuzes are good. Chilton's manual wiring diagram shows a blower motor relay in the circuit. My question is where is this relay?

Probably either under the right-side dash (to right of glove compartment) or under left-side dash (to left of steering column). There's also a resistor pack, which on later models plugs into the blower motor, and is at the back of the passenger footwell, pretty much in the center of the footwell left/right.

Anyone know where can I find blower relay for 95 impreza? I ve looked all over but couldn't find where the heck is it.
