Be careful with them.. Ordered a bunch of gear from them, and only received about 50% of the order..

TRi Tuning also got ripped off by them, but for a substantially larger sum of money. I'm not exactly shedding a tear over that but even still, be very careful dealing with TK :)

They seemed very reputable. I emailed them a question about shipping of an Apex Hayabusa exuast and they emailed back within 20 minutes with info on the exhaust weight and price. Shipping is killer.

Ya shipping on a front bumper cover was like $200+ :eek:

That was a quote, I`ve never actually purchased anything from them.

Hmm. Thanks for the info. I've e-mailed someone there this past Monday, but have yet to get an answer. I'm looking for OEM parts for the Subaru. Anybody got any ideas before I try some of my contacts down in Australia?

hey raucous noise ;), did you PAY for 50% of what you ordered or did they charge you for half of it and deliver half of it?

weren't these are the guys that queried the users database a year or so ago and sent spam to everyone?

these guys are bs! first they seem nice... then when any problems arise, they show their true nature. i've tried twice to purchase from them... both times they were very unprofessional. one time, i inquired about my order before the "14 day wait period". (this is when they need 2 weeks to decide whether or not they have in stock what you ordered) i think it was on the 12th day when i simply emailed them " hey, so how's my order coming along?" what i got back was " since you cannot wait 14 days for your order and are very impatient, we have no choice but to request you cancel your order with us. thank you." what kind of crap is this? i don't even want to mention what happened the other time. don't bother with these jokers, they may have low prices, but they full of it!

I ordered some Volk wheels through them. They were very responsive via e-mail before the sale and a little slower after the sale, but I still got replies within ~36 hours.

They aren't great for giving a lot of detail on order status, but they shipped my wheels well within the 14 days they stated up front.

So they're not great or anything, but if they had something that nobody else was selling I'd go through them again, not a bad experience.

I have ordered stuff from them before and received everything promptly. Great experience!!!!!!
