Ok same post, edited title.
I need a front sway bar with all the fixins to fit my 01rs with 04 wrx engine swapped in. I used the xmember from the same car the engine came out of so only a WRX/sti sway bar will fit. I am sure someone removed their old ones and upgraded and has them sitting around.

I'll do paypall or cash pickup if needed.

EDIT: Will STI front/rear fit, will WRX front rear fit? what do I need?

Thanks

Maybe you are already there, but have you checked out subarutunersofmaine.org?

Dan... representin'... NICE

I have the stock rear swaybar off of my 03 Forester. If i'm not mistaken it's a 17mm hollow bar. Fits the same as the STi bar (cuz I replaced it with a 20mm solid STi bar).

Yah I really need endlinks too, those damn aftermarket ones are expensive, I need to find what new stockers would run me I suppose. Used STI parts are better and cheaper then new WRX parts though, heh.

I didn't know that maine web site existed, but I don't really consider myself close to anything in maine. over half the state is furthur away then any point in MA or NH, I live less then 1 mile from the NH border.

But I will check it out for sure.

New stock rear STi & Forester (the same thing) endlinks are about $20 a pop when I checked after bending the crap outta my stockers. Since you're running WRX bits you'd need the "C" shaped rear endlinks vs. the STi "I" shaped ones....

So I can't find any concrete evidence that those STIs wont actually fit, but anyone have a good idea on sway bar compatibility?

01 RS, 2004WRX engine with xmember from same car as engine. Apparently I need a WRX (perhaps WRX wagon) front sway and endlinks, as stock STI sways wont fit this combination?

I read a good 30 pages of results for "sway" in conversion and suspension forums, and nothing for THIS EXACT combination that I saw.

They did say rears would fit I think, I am so confused!
