I have a few LED's out in the rear wing brake light and the inspection tech is giving me a hard time. Replacing the LED's doesn't look to be the trick, I can see some condensation in mine that has caused some corrosion on a few of the LED pins/bulbs inside. Thought I'd repalce it, but I can't find the part number for a replacement. Nor have I had any luck finding any used here on the boards.
Taking a look at it seems like a p-i-t-a to un fish the entire lead back through the wing to the connector in the trunk. Then have to re fish the new lead through the wing? Is it Simpler to cut and make new ends right at the LED light mounting bracket?
Help.....
