for the foglights you just have to jack the car up and un-clip the large plastic cover thats under the car on each side of the car, there is a few plastic clips (3?) that are along the front corner bottom edge of the bumper, pull back the plastic enough and you will be able to get to the back of the fog lights, then there is a cap that spins about 45 degrees and pulls back, two wires go from the cap to the actual light bulb, then there is a clip on the bulb that has to be unclipped then just swap the bulbs

its a big pain in the ass, because you cant completly remove the large plastic cover from the bottom of the car, once you get one the second one will be really easy, it helps to have another person hold a tiny mirror the first time so you can see what you're working with because without the mirror you cant see anything your doing

and for the head lights you dont really have to remove the whole head lights, for the drivers side you might have to remove the battery to get in there good depending on your hand size, for the passenger side - well it might be different in the WRX, i have an RS with a cobb intake - so there is plenty of room to get at the bulbs - if i remember in the wrx there is the air intake box? that might have to be removed

fog lights are hard, just have to be patient and do la maz breathing

good luck
