Has anyone been able to find a online site where you can buy the plastic cover for the head and fog lamps without having to buy the whole assembly?

My current one have pits and scratches all over them. Its affecting the light.

The last time I heard, you can not buy the lens as a seperate piece. I think you would have to buy a whole new headlight. If you find out otherwise, let us know.

You would have to buy the whole assembly new. I have heard of people having some success in polishing up their old nasty headlamps. Have a look in the interior/exterior section and search. I know someone made a nice post chronicling the procedure.
