Ive read just about all the posts in the "should i turbo my car" and i know im going to do it but I still have some final questions. First off, im trying to piece a custom kit together, so some ideas on an injector-turbo-fuel management combination that works would be good. I want my budget to be around 1500 dollars for the whole thing and if possible over 240hp? using used parts where possible, I think this is reasonable since im a heli-arc welder and can do all the pipe fabrication myself. Im really excited to get started on this, the hardest part for me though is finding a combination of parts that will work and be reliable together. Thanks a ton for some help! -Ben

Both PDM and Uniquemotorsports have done a lot of these type of "kits" using stock WRX parts. If you go with a WRX turbo and intercooler you are getting a pretty good start. Then weld and bend your own stuff around those parts. There's a million different opinions on EM. Hydra, E-manage, Perfect Power. I would go do some reading in the EM forum and make your decision based on what you find there...

Thanks matt, sounds like a plan. with using wrx parts what else would i need besides the turbo itself and intercooler(which I happen to already have) injectors, fuel pump?
