I got mine in about a week or two from the day I called my dealer. :) I have no patience, couldn't wait 6 to 8 weeks.

Seriously, I ordered it the beginning of January and I took delivery March 26.

Got mine the day after I initially talked to the dealer. I went in wanting silver, saw a red one on the lot with the options I wanted and fell in love.

My friend ordered a WRB with *every* option available a day after I got mine and he's still waiting after about 4 weeks.

It was probably about 15/20 minutes after I saw it, filled out the credit app, etc. Grueling, let me tell you. :D

No wait at all, just wanted a white one with a spoiler and alarm, low and behold they had a couple! Added the underbody spoilers and gauge pod two weeks later.

Nothing at all. I drove past a honda dealer and there it was a used WRX with 1300 miles on it. I immediatly appraised my '00 dakota and traded it in after bargaining with the sales guy for an hour on a good price.

I got mine 10 weeks after I ordered it.

Ordered it July 13 and picked it up on August 31 with 2.8 miles. WRB w/ spoiler, short shifter, and gage package. It's already got 2200 miles on it less than a month later

I put a deposit down on May 9th. I was told to expect 8-10 weeks, so mid-to-late July, possibly August. Car arrived, very unexpectedly, on June 27th. :D

This actually wasn't a good thing, since I had not yet succeeded in finding a buyer for my old car. I couldn't afford to keep two cars for very long, so I just decided to go ahead and trade it in (and boy, did I ever bend over for that!:eek:...I was walking funny when I hopped in the new WRX).

I was driving by a Subaru Dealer......saw one in the front.....pulled in.......Asked if it was for sale....YES.....test drove......took it home that night. Didn't wait at all. And this was back at the end of April too!!!

i ordered mine at end of August. They told me (Prestige Subaru) that it would be 6-8 weeks. I'm hoping for the 6 week timeframe! :) Ah..the wait is killing me.

Yes, they did have 10 on the lot but only options I wanted was the CF interior and spoiler (oh and blue too and under 10 miles) so i was willing to wait.

Works out better too as it enables me to save a little more $$ for the downpayment :)

two months when it was REAL HOT, April to June.

I ordered mine March 4th, and I got it on June 9...3 months of hell waiting for my blue b!tch. I would have happily waited 6 if I knew it would be as much fun as it is...

I got mine 2 days after ordering it.

The dealer (Carmart Subaru of Wilmington, MA) had plenty on the lot at the time, which was 3 weeks ago.

8 weeks.......

I ordered when they first announced the price. Picking it up this October 19. I 've waited about 3 years though since I wanted a turbo car and the RS just didn't cut it.

Picked mine from right off the lot and put a deposit on it. Of course I had to wait for over a month until I sold the old car before I could pick it up.

I ordered mine on the 4th of August & (informed by the dealer yesterday) it will arrive on the 8th of October! I can hardly wait!!

on a sunday, May 24th, noticed a dealor had in stock the exact wrx i wanted, went in 9 am on May 25th, drove away at 11:30 am with her! :D

2 days, went for a test drive, went home thought about it for about 15 seconds, called the dealer, went back and drove it home

30 minute test drive followed by 30 minutes paperwork and car prep. Wasn't planning to since 'none' were suppose to be availible the first week they were released. What the heck - it made me completely forget the 330ci, IS300, CL3.2S and A4 I had recently test drove. Got the best car my by measure, and had lots of cash left over.

What a car.:D

It was supposed to be a month or so but luckily for me it came in a week earlier.

6 weeks!

As soon as they wrote up the paperwork! And I got one of the first allocation WRX's! There is no shortage of WRX's in the Dallas/ Ft.Worth area. One local dealer has 26 :eek: on the lot! Just about every color/option combo you can imagine!
