Anyone running JECS 720cc injectors with an FP Green? I want to make sure they are big enough to run with the FP Green. Post up if you've got em.

Green? Ispeed/Crawford made 700 flywheel hp with them on a built motor, 35r. They certainly must be enough for a green. ;)

Yeah, and what a safe tune that was

Go for 850cc, my humble recommendation.

Edit: probably not the right place to post this question..

i thought u were going for the 20G? which those 720's would be big enough for.

go to the 800's for the green in that case if u want to get a bigger turbo u wont have to buy another set of injectors.

not that i disagree with anything said so far but, the best person to ask is the guy who will be tuning it.

Joe, the FP green is a small turbo. True 720's would be plenty. I mean, we're only talking 400-450awhp max.

did I just say "only"? It's a sad day when an 11 second car is only "moderate" or "entry" :(

It wasn't that way, but then...they...released..*gasp* t3h SRT-4, t3h f45t4r!!! So basically anything less than 650 hp is for n00bs.

Yeah 720's should be fine for 400 whp.

They are the 720s from MZM.

My list will be what I have:

3" APS TBE
65mm APS CAI
Protune

And will add:

2.4" FP Green
Walbro FP
720cc injectors
One step colder plugs
Turbo wrap
Possibly Samco intercooler hoses

I'm really hoping for low 12s to high 11s with around 115mph traps on pump gas. So you guys say the Green is still a small turbo? Man I thought it was considered pretty big.

No way you'll run 11's on pump (although your cars seem to run faster than they "should" :) ). The green is a great street/strip turbo.

I think your next bottle neck will be the stock TMIC. Also, I've never heard of a 2.4" green. Why not go 3"? Especially since you have an AP and can get rid of the TGV CEL.

The 2.4" is the standard size. If I go 3" I'd have to buy the TGV deletes and get the turbo inlet pipe. All that costs too much money!

I don't care so much about the 11's on pump gas. Maybe I can run an 11.8 or so on race gas. My real want is to trap 114+ on pump gas. If that can be done I'll be a happy camper.

I'm wondering if I will need a MAF upgrade since the stock ecu only reads like 18psi. I'm also contemplating an electronic boost controller. I need to ask the tuner and see what he says.

A green'd STI will be able to trap 114 on pump... I've seen the slip where it was done here in NJ.

You'll be fine, they will out flow the green even with a crappy tune. :)

I have the JECS 720s from MZM on my car with SR55; they are plug and play as far as install, idle like stock and flow plenty for your Green.
