i just received my accessport from cobb eager to hook it up and to my surprise it won't turn on. i have the car in test mode with fans cycling and fuel pump clicking but plug accessport into dash and no power. i was thinking maybe it is the cable so i tried to hook it to my pc just to see if it works but it doesn't give an option to sync with pc, i guess maybe because it's unmarried? does any one else have problems with the cables or similar problems to mine. seems like the would test this stuff before they send it out.

If it powers up when you connect to the PC then it's got to be the cable. If you want to sync to the PC, hold the up and down arrows when you power it up.

i did call cobb and they said they are emailing me a label to ship cable back. cobb tech told me i could sync with pc until it is married. also i took a voltage meter and tested every pin on the cable that goes from the car to ap and got conductivity on one pin as i held one wire to each pin and tested each pin on the oppsite end, does not seem right.
