Hey guys, I'm a noob and I'm buying an '02 WRX with an EcuTek reprogramed ECU.

How much does it typically cost to have the EcuTek reflasked after adding mods [exhaust etc...]?

Depends on the tuner. Most charge around $175/hr for their time.

yep some are just $150/hr but some go as high as $200/hr

Avg amount of time to tune?

Minor mods (exahust) from a competant tuner would be 1-1.5 hours.

A more in depth tune for somethign involving headers or a new boost control solenoid, etc, count on 2. Major changes like new turbo, count on 3+.

Dang, I guess I'm lucky to have an $108/hour tuner.
