Okay...I got my Cobb rear sway bar for the wrx.
Crazy thing is that the insturctions are completely in japanese.

Which holes on the bar represent the lowest/highest setting?

the ones closest to the edge are looser. the ones closer in are tighter

The holes closest to the ends will give a 22mm bar, the holes closest to the middle will give a 24mm bar.

Directions are in Japanese because the bar is from Cusco.
